
Jordan Boshers is the founder of Fly-In Patients, a specialist agency that helps surgeons and medical providers attract high-value patients who travel for care.
For more than a decade, Jordan has focused on one problem: connecting medical providers with patients from outside their local area in a way that actually produces measurable revenue, not vanity metrics. He has led digital marketing campaigns for hundreds of websites and helped generate millions in treatment revenue for clinics around the world.
In 2016, Jordan launched Tajmeeli, an Arabic-language website created to educate people about cosmetic procedures and connect them with trusted providers. Leveraging his expertise in Arabic SEO and patient acquisition, he led Tajmeeli’s growth into the largest cosmetic surgery website in the Arabic-speaking world, attracting more than two million users per month at its peak and collaborating with leading cosmetic centers globally. Tajmeeli was acquired by RealSelf in 2021, where Jordan stayed on through 2022 to help grow the platform further.
Today, through Fly-In Patients, Jordan works with a select group of U.S. surgeons and specialists to build dedicated “fly-in” funnels for one or two signature procedures. His team designs and runs geo-targeted campaigns that reach higher-net-worth regions, pre-qualify inquiries, and send clinics patients who are prepared to travel for treatment. The focus is simple: fewer, better patients who are a fit for the clinic’s highest-value work.
In 2012, Jordan founded IstiZada, a digital marketing agency that helps health care providers attract Arab patients from wealthy Gulf countries. Working with a bilingual team of Arabic and English-speaking marketers, he has helped hospitals, clinics, and healthcare brands across and outside the Middle East reach Arab patients from wealthy Gulf countries. His deep understanding of both Arabic language and culture, combined with rigorous performance marketing, allows his clients to see significantly higher returns from their Arabic campaigns.
Jordan's been working in digital marketing since 2009 and got his initial start working for a couple of agencies in San Diego, which has one of the highest densities of digital marketers in the world. One of his first clients doing healthcare digital marketing was a large chain of liposuction clinics called Sono Bello. He's been helping clients with healthcare digital marketing for over 15 years now.
Jordan is also widely recognized for his work in digital marketing. His articles and technical resources on marketing have been cited by industry publications and used as reference material by organizations such as Cornell University, Rice University, Middlebury, the United Nations, and others.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys testing new online marketing tactics on his own projects, surfing, cycling, hiking, traveling, and listening to audiobooks, especially in the sci-fi genre.
